Juanita J. Pointer, 94, of Port Orange passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at her residence.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange.
Juanita was born in Covington, Kentucky on March 29, 1915. Juanita came to this area 20 years ago from Brevard and was a homemaker. She loved to travel and was an avid reader. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Survivors include her good friend Margaret DeMaris of Arizona. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Hospice Volusia/Flagler 3800 woodbriaer Trail, Port orange FL 32127
