Flags placed in preparation for 15th anniversary of 9/11

This year marks the 15th anniversary of September 11, and preparations to honor the victims have already begun. Nearly 3,000 flags were placed at Daytona Memorial Park on Sunday to remember each victim who lost their life. Fox 35's Kirstin Delgado has the story. Watch Video
